matt cassidyDr. Matt Cassidy, Senior Pastor

Matt is our primary Bible teacher on Sunday mornings and is in charge of the leadership and development of our Pastoral staff.

He also serves as an elder and has been at Grace since November 1989. He has a Doctorate of Ministry from Talbot Seminary, a Master’s of Divinity in Pastoral Studies from the International School of Theology, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas. Matt and his wife, Melinda, have three children.





ray andersonRay Anderson, Executive Pastor

Ray oversees the Pastoral and Support Staffs for the Care, Women’s, Small Group and Global Outreach Ministries of Grace.

Ray is also currently shepherding the Adult Communities at Grace. He aids the staff and Elders in the development and implementation of ministry goals and strategies to improve our ability to minister and serve the people of Grace and the Austin community. Ray has been the owner representative in the construction of our new Worship Center.

Ray has been at Grace since 1990 and on staff since 1995. He did his undergraduate work in Management at Georgia Tech and served 17 years on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. Ray did Biblical Studies through the International School of Theology and completed a MA in Adult Education and Human Resources Development at the University of Texas. Ray and his wife, Diana, have four children and have now attained the life stage of empty nesting. Ray looks forward to see the ministry opportunities that the Lord brings with the new Worship Center.







jeremiah ebelingJeremiah Ebeling, Youth Pastor

Jeremiah is the Pastor of Student Ministries at Grace and desires to help students walk with Jesus and remain committed to Truth.

A graduate of California’s Talbot School of Theology with a Master of Divinity degree, Jeremiah did his undergraduate work at Texas A&M University, earning a BA in Business Management.

Jeremiah married his post-college sweetheart, Dayna, in 2006, and they have one daughter, Hope, and three sons, Luke, and twin boys, Hayden & Taylor.






mike gouldMike Gould, Worship Pastor

Mike is responsible for creating the environment for worship on Sunday mornings.

He leads an amazing team of musicians and vocalists each week, drawing the congregation of Grace into powerful worship. He graduated cum laude with a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. Mike is also a singer/songwriter who is passionate about the church becoming all God has intended it to be. His desire is to see people fall madly in love with the Lord and their fellow man. Mike and his wife, Karin, have four beautiful kids.






john pattersonJohn Patterson, Family Life Pastor

John currently provides leadership for Grace’s adults, including developing leaders and curriculum for our Life Groups and shepherding the Marriage Mentoring ministries. John joined Grace’s staff in October 2010 and serves Grace as our Family Life Pastor.

Previously, John worked for Intel Corporation for 10 years as an Engineer and most recently in Human Resources. During that time John completed his B.S. in Bible & Theology from William Jessup University. John moved from California to Texas in 2005 and has since served in a variety of ministries (Hospitality, Peacemaker, Stephen Ministry & Children Ministry) since coming to Grace in 2006. John has a contagious faith and loves to encourage people to seek and pursue Jesus wholeheartedly and to live out a sincere faith. John and his wife, Dawn, have 3 beautiful children (Mandy, Trent & Loralee) and together have a new found love for mission trips and raising awareness for orphan/adoption ministries.





tom sanchezTom Sanchez, Pastor of Global Outreach

Tom strives to stimulate our congregation to stay focused on the Great Commission by encouraging participation in missions, both locally and internationally, as well as in serving those Grace missionaries already on the field.

Tom and his wife, Brenda, attended Grace in the 1970s, and Grace supported their work with the Navigators in Mexico, Costa Rica and Chile for over 25 years. We consider ourselves blessed to find a person for this role who has both long-term missions experience and a long-term relationship with Grace. Tom and Brenda have two married daughters, Sherina and Rebecca, and two grandsons.





robin wieberRobin Wieber, Pastor of Congregational Care

Robin’s ministry calling is to equip and facilitate care leaders to effectively minister to those in our church and community dealing with difficult challenges.

Robin has been on Staff since July 2000, formerly as Pastor of Worship Ministries. His undergraduate degrees are a Bible diploma from Inland Empire School of the Bible (presently Moody Northwest) and a B.A. in Music from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. He earned a Master of Music degree in Church Music from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. Robin enjoys golfing, oil painting, listening to praise, jazz and classical music, and playing the piano and organ. He and his wife, Debbie, have four young adult children: Jordan, Kathleen, Becky, and R.J., who is married to Karla.
