Online Giving
Now Available at Grace Covenant Church
More and more people are conducting all or a large portion of their financial transactions online. For this reason, we have implemented online giving to make it convenient for people to give, whether it is for a one-time gift or recurring giving. This is a completely voluntary way to make a contribution to the ministries of Grace for its work in the Kingdom, to the glory of God.
Giving is an expression of faith in the Lord and thanksgiving for His provisions for us. The people of Grace have been characterized as faithful and grateful people by their generosity to the cause of Christ. When there is a need, people of Grace respond. The Bible says that, "Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver" (2 Cor. 9:7). Online giving simply offers another means to do what the Lord has directed us to do.
Those who are accustomed to placing contributions in the offering plate during Sunday worship may wonder if an online gift will have the same spiritual significance. We believe it is the heart of the giver, not the method of giving that makes our financial offerings a true act of worship. By choosing to participate in online giving, worship during the offering time on Sunday mornings will not be diminished. That time can be used for thanksgiving to God for His grace and provision that makes our ability to give possible.
How Online Giving Works
Grace has implemented online giving by means of ACH transactions. This simply means that your gift will be securely transferred directly from your bank account into the church's bank account. There is no minimum amount for online giving and there are no additional fees for you.
Online giving is completely secured through SSL encryption and secured servers. To make a contribution to Grace Covenant Church via ACH:
- Simply click on the button above to access Grace Online.
- Once logged in, you will click the start button and follow the step-by-step instructions.
- During each step of the giving process, you will have an opportunity to cancel the transaction.
Contribution statements will continue to be sent in the mail from the church that will contain all recorded gifts no matter how they were given.
