Sunday Morning Check-In Process
- To check in your children, enter either the Cornerstone building or Live Oak building, where you will check in at our kiosks and print your child’s name tag and pick-up sticker. Volunteers will be available to assist you as needed.
- Walk your child to their classroom and speak with their classroom volunteer leader. Classes are divided by age, with multiple rooms for a given age group in each service.
- Parents may then exit the building and proceed to the sanctuary for the service.
- After the service, return to your child’s classroom with your pick-up sticker to pick up your child.
As with school or daycare, for the health and safety of all we ask that you check your family for signs of illness or high temperature before leaving your home Sunday morning and refrain from bringing your child to Grace Kids if they show signs of illness.

Summer Serve 2025
We need your help serving the littlest members of Grace this Summer!
Each summer, we provide our school-year Grace Kids volunteers with a well-deserved rest period from service. We need volunteers to serve on Sundays, June 8 – Aug. 3 as part of our Summer Serve term. Those who step up are welcome to take a vacation during their nine-week commitment, as needed – we are happy to work with you!
Training
Summer Serve volunteers are asked to attend one of the following training sessions:
Sunday, May 18 | 12:30–2 p.m. | Auditorium
Monday, May 19 | 6–7:30 p.m. | Live Oak Room 200
Crossover Sunday
Training will continue on Sunday, May 25 as Summer Serve volunteers shadow their school-year counterparts and get hands-on experience in their Summer Serve roles.

Serve with Grace Kids
Saying “yes” to the next generation by serving on Sunday mornings can make a huge and eternal impact in the lives of children at Grace. Volunteer with Grace Kids to join our church in guiding children to become more like Christ in all of life.
Various roles include but are not limited to leading children in large- and small-group settings, being a part of the Grace Kids Guest Services Team or a Special Needs Buddy, helping with the Supply Team during the week and assisting with audio/visual needs in the large-group worship environments.
How do I begin to say “yes” to the next generation?
Please email GraceKids@grace360.org to get started or if you have questions about volunteering with Grace Kids.

Grace Kids Buddies Needed
One-on-one Support for Grace Kids with Special Needs
Grace Kids exists to guide children to become like Christ in all of life and wants to be a ministry that serves every child who comes through our doors. To that end, we need buddies like you to offer one-on-one support to children who require it. You can be a Grace Kids Buddy if you’re an adult or teen who is patient, kind and flexible, and we have mentors ready to help you learn! We’re excited to recruit, train, and develop buddies to serve more families in our community!
