Grace Covenant Church is proud to serve once again as a host of Night to Shine 2024, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. The unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, is now in its tenth year celebrating people with special needs and will be held in person by host churches around the world simultaneously on Friday, Feb. 9, 2024.

Registration is open!
Spaces are limited for Honored Guests to join us for Night to Shine; and for parents and caregivers (2 per Honored Guest) to join us for Night to Dine, a special experience to rest, socialize, and watch a live stream of the event. Stay tuned for more details!

Grace is excited to be a part of this worldwide movement that God is using as a catalyst to change how cultures embrace people with disabilities and to rally the church worldwide to honor their local community of people with special needs, ensuring they know they are valued and loved.

Every guest of Night to Shine enters this complimentary event on a red carpet complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi. Once inside, guests receive the royal treatment, including hair and makeup stations, limousine rides, a catered dinner, milkshakes, karaoke, prom favors and a dance floor… and a dazzling experience where each guest is crowned king or queen of the prom.

Important information for our Honored Guests

The dress code for Night to Shine at Grace is flexible to what best suits our honored guests. Some guests will dress in “Sunday Best” and others will choose to wear formal attire – and all are great, so long as attire remains appropriate. Either way, we encourage comfy shoes for this prom to make navigating the event and dancing the night away a breeze.

To ensure the best experience at check-in, guest arrival will be staggered by the last name of the Honored Guest. Your assistance ensures each guest has quality time at our Salon and Barbershop and that the event begins smoothly for everyone.

Guest Last Name A-L
Arrival: 5:45 p.m.

Guest Last Name M-Z

Salon and Barbershop

Following check-in, our professional stylists will offer hair and makeup touch-ups to the ladies and hair trims and styling to the gentlemen. Parents and caregivers will pin a corsage or boutonniere on their loved one and take a picture to mark the special night!

Night to Shine will be a safety-first environment. Our professional medical team and volunteers will be standing by to assist with any medical needs. Please be aware an ambulance will be parked on-site in the event of an emergency.

Professional photographers will be on-site to take photos and record videos of our honored guests and their parents/caregivers during the event. If you do not wish for your or your child’s photo to be used in multimedia and print for future events or promotion by Grace Covenant Church, you will be given the opportunity to request that at check-in.

However, Night to Shine is a large event with lots of dancing and low-light areas. Participation in Night to Shine thereby carries a risk that a photo or video may include a participant unintentionally, for which Grace Covenant Church and the Tim Tebow Foundation will not be held responsible.
Parents and Caregivers - Night to Dine

Our honored caregivers are invited to our Night to Dine! Night to Dine is a relaxing dinner experience where caregivers can watch their loved ones enjoying prom by live stream. Enjoy a special dinner and dessert as our gift to you and rejoin your loved one at the end of the night for the last dance!
